  1. Are you actually licensed and insured?

    Yes. Arizona ROC#342551 (CR-61), bonded and insured. Most handymen in the area are not licensed. One job gone wrong without a license is on you.

  2. Will I get the price in writing before you start?

    Always. A flat price in writing, usually within 2 hours, that you approve before any work begins. No hourly surprises.

  3. Who actually does the work?

    I do. One person, start to finish, no subcontractors. You always know exactly who is in your home.

  4. Will you handle my whole list, even the small stuff?
